1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "You") and bjgame (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "We", "Us" or "Our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://bjgame.cam and any associated subdomains, applications or services (collectively the "Service").

3.3 One Account Per User. Each individual may hold only one Account on the bjgame platform. Duplicate accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, are strictly prohibited. bjgame reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any associated bonuses, wagers or withdrawals.

3.4 Personal Use Only. Accounts may only be used by the registered Account holder for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Use of the Service on behalf of any third party, or use of automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Service, is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Accuracy. When registering an Account, you must provide complete, accurate and truthful information. bjgame may, at any time, require you to confirm the accuracy of the information provided and to supply supporting documentation. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Username and Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bjgame will never ask you to disclose your password. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is your responsibility. You must notify bjgame immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification. bjgame may require identity verification documents at any point during the Account lifecycle, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document and proof of address. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements may result in the suspension of withdrawal access or Account closure.

4.4 Account Security. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. bjgame strongly recommends enabling all available account security features, including two-factor authentication where offered. bjgame shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use. You may use the Service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Service is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bjgame makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available.

5.2 Platform Conduct. You agree to use the Service in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not engage in any conduct that interferes with the operation of the platform, harms other users or damages bjgame's reputation or infrastructure.

5.3 Technical Issues. In the event of a system error, technical malfunction or communication failure that affects the integrity of a wager or game outcome, bjgame reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and to return the wagered amount to the User's Account balance. bjgame shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such events.

5.4 Availability. bjgame may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice. bjgame shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods. bjgame may make available various payment methods in the platform cashier from time to time. Available methods may include mobile wallet options, bank transfer and other instruments as listed in your Account at the relevant time. The availability of any specific payment method is not guaranteed and may change without prior notice. Familiar payment references for Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — however, bjgame makes no representation that any of these providers approve or support gambling transactions.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your Account or as otherwise approved by bjgame. All KYC verification requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal is approved. bjgame reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

6.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bjgame will endeavour to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing windows depend on the third-party payment provider and may be subject to banking or network delays beyond bjgame's control.

6.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that any Funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property. bjgame may report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General. bjgame may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates and expiry window are stated in the specific offer terms. bjgame strongly advises Users to read all promotional terms before opting in to any bonus.

7.3 Maximum Bet Rule. While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per bet applies as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Placing a wager exceeding this maximum may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not used or rollovers not completed within the specified expiry window will be removed from your Account without compensation. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited.

7.5 Abuse and Fraud. bjgame actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, syndicated wagering and any strategy that exploits promotional terms in bad faith. bjgame reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals and close Accounts where abuse is identified.

7.6 Discretion to Modify or Withdraw. bjgame reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations arising from already-accepted promotional terms.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed through bjgame are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game or market. bjgame reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, system error or irregularity in the underlying event.

8.2 Finality of Results. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted, it is binding. Results are determined in accordance with the relevant game or event rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded on bjgame's system shall be determinative unless a clear technical error is demonstrated.

8.3 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the sportsbook reflect market conditions at the time of display and may change prior to bet acceptance. bjgame makes no guarantee that any specific odds, markets or events will remain available. Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral Pakistan series — are subject to early suspension in the event of delays, weather interruptions or event cancellations.

8.4 Live Betting. Live in-play markets are time-sensitive. There may be a delay between an in-play event occurring and odds updating on the platform. bjgame reserves the right to suspend or void in-play bets placed after the relevant event has occurred where the delay is attributable to a technical lag.

8.5 Responsible Wagering. bjgame strongly encourages all Users to wager only what they can afford to lose. Setting personal deposit and loss limits through your Account settings before commencing play is strongly recommended. 9. Responsible Gambling

9.1 bjgame is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered Users and can be activated through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can sustain within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period without permanent closure.

9.2 bjgame reserves the right to apply responsible gambling restrictions to any Account where patterns of play indicate potential harm, without requiring consent from the Account holder, where this is considered necessary for player protection.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content published on the bjgame platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, databases and game content — is the property of bjgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying or otherwise exploiting any part of the Service without prior written consent from bjgame.

10.3 The bjgame name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to bjgame. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data or business interruption.

11.2 bjgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

11.3 bjgame does not warrant that the Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own device.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjgame platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Service from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation or collusion with other players.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or third-party software to interact with the Service in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Service to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or bjgame staff.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any part of the Service or its content without prior written authorisation.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting bjgame support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. Subject to satisfaction of KYC requirements and any applicable withdrawal conditions, remaining Funds will be returned to you via an approved withdrawal method.

13.2 Termination by bjgame. bjgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or any prohibited activity as described in Section 12. In the event of Account closure due to a proven breach, any Funds held in the Account may be forfeited.

13.3 Self-Exclusion. Where an Account is closed due to a self-exclusion request, bjgame will apply the exclusion in accordance with its Responsible Gambling Policy. The excluded User acknowledges that bjgame will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bjgame is licensed and operates. Users are reminded that this may differ from Pakistani law and that Pakistani courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.

14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and bjgame, you should first contact our customer support team and provide full details of your complaint. bjgame will endeavour to resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, bjgame may direct the complaint to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body in accordance with applicable licensing obligations.

14.3 Nothing in this Section limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction where such rights cannot be waived.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 bjgame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bjgame will endeavour to notify Users through the platform or via email to the registered Account address. Continued use of the Service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.2 You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms, as indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, shall govern your use of the Service at all times.

15.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
